A video shows what it’s like to work somewhere, but afterwards one question often remains: what now? When viewers indicate what appeals to them while watching, that interest is instantly translated into concrete jobs.
Idea
An interactive layer on top of the careers video, in true Efteling style. While you watch, your cursor turns into Pardoes’ Twinkeltoorts, the magic wand you use to tag the moments that appeal to you.
Execution
We developed the interactive tool on Efteling’s careers platform. As the viewer watches the film, the cursor magically turns into the Twinkeltoorts. With a single click, you tag the moments that appeal to you, from the loop of the Python to the cooking pot of Monsieur Cannibale. Afterwards, you land on an overview page listing the tagged jobs and extra information. This way, candidates can go straight to the vacancies that suit them.
