A clear ambition
Pay, hours and documents were scattered across paper payslips and separate login systems. Connexie wanted to bring this together in one place, always accessible to the flex worker.
The concept
An employee app brings the pay, hours and documents of flex workers together in one place. After a secure login with a personal pin code, the flex worker gets direct access to a financial overview. Hours worked per period, the latest payment and a payment history per year are all visible, down to the level of pay, holiday allowance and CAO surcharges. Employment contracts, payslips and other work documents are kept together in one clear overview.
Questions go straight to Connexie or the client through a built-in chat. Withdrawing holiday allowance, viewing employment details or reporting a termination are things flex workers now handle themselves in the app. An extensive FAQ answers the most common questions.
