The concept

A web-based, owned pre-boarding platform keeps the process simple and human. Each new employee is guided through pre-boarding with the support of a personal buddy. The platform provides structure and clear information, while the buddy provides context, answers questions and creates a direct point of contact.

Because the target group has limited affinity with technology, the experience is deliberately straightforward. Information is presented step by step, without unnecessary features. The system supports the relationship between people, rather than replacing it.
