Turning employer branding into real world action with Kruidvat
livewall won a SAN Accent for the recruitment campaign #Vriendenteam with Kruidvat.
The campaign turns applying for a job into a social experience. We invited friends to join the recruitment journey together. It is an experience built around how young people naturally apply for jobs.
Applying for a first job can feel intimidating for many young people. Together with Kruidvat, we saw that applying alone often creates hesitation. This insight led to the idea of ‘solliciteren met je bestie’: applying for a job together with a friend. Instead of a traditional, solitary process, we designed #vriendenteam around how young people actually make decisions: together with someone they trust.
