livewall launches world's biggest Easter Hunt

This Easter weekend, we're launching the world's biggest Easter egg hunt. What started as an alternative to the traditional client gift grew into a nationwide activation where augmented reality and play come together.

The big idea

The idea for the Easter Hunt was born at our own lunch table. Instead of a standard Easter gift for clients, the plan became to build something interactive that gets people moving, literally. That idea quickly grew into a full game experience.

This week, more than 250 clients received a personalised version of the Easter Hunt. At the same time, a public version is available, so anyone in the Netherlands can join for free. Both clients and public players can win prizes once they've found all the eggs.

The easter hunt is on

The game is simple to play on mobile. Players head outside and look for five digital Easter eggs that appear on their screen through augmented reality, hidden somewhere in their own surroundings. It works well as a short walk during a lunch break or as a family activity over the Easter weekend.

Impact

Beyond getting people moving and outside, the Easter Hunt is tied to a good cause. For every unique player, we donate €1 to Stichting Het Konijnen Fonds, an organisation dedicated to the care and protection of rabbits.
