livewall is a creative digital agency at the intersection of tech, marketing and creativity. We build social campaigns, digital experiences and loyalty platforms for brands like Heineken, McDonald's, Rituals and HEMA. We're part of United Playgrounds, the largest independent agency group in the Netherlands. That means: zero corporate friction, maximum speed and plenty of room for entrepreneurship.

This isn't a role where you fill in days. You have a crucial place in every project we run.

  • From briefing to launch: You guide projects from kick-off to delivery, keeping a constant grip on planning, scope, budgets and quality.

  • Hub between teams: You switch daily between content creators, designers, editors, strategists, developers and clients — making sure everyone stays aligned.

  • Client partner: You build strong relationships, ensure clear communication and represent livewall with confidence at the client's table.

  • Think ahead: You spot risks before they become problems and keep oversight even under pressure.

  • AI-first: You embrace tools that make work smarter and faster — for yourself, your team and your client.

  • Experience in creative production: You've worked agency-side as a project manager, producer or coordinator and know how campaigns and content come to life.

  • Organisational talent: You keep multiple projects moving simultaneously without losing sight of the details.

  • Strong communicator: You switch easily between clients and creatives and know how to bring people along without losing control.

  • Ownership: You don't wait around when something can be done better, faster or smarter.

  • Calm under pressure: Deadlines give you focus, not panic.
