United Playgrounds is a group of specialized boutique agencies in the fields of strategy, creation, technology, and performance. Operating from offices in the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Belgium, over 200 specialists work for national and international retailers and consumer brands.
You will be working for the United Playgrounds finance hub, which centrally executes the finance tasks for the entire group of agencies. The Finance team consists of the CFO, Finance Manager, Business Controller, Financial Controller, and Financial Administration Officers. You will report to the Finance Manager and will mainly operate from the Tilburg office of livewall: a creative digital agency with a team of 60 enthusiasts who design and develop digital experiences and products.
As a Financial Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the administrations of several agencies within United Playgrounds. This includes:
Booking purchase invoices and matching bank transactions.
Processing sales invoices and expense claims.
Managing accounts payable (creditors) and accounts receivable (debtors).
You work accurately, are proficient with various administrative software packages, and thrive in a dynamic environment filled with young professionals. You connect easily with others but also know how to focus independently when it's time to put your head down and work hard. Together with the team, you ensure the numbers are in tip-top shape. Additionally, you will be given plenty of room to proactively suggest new ideas to make our processes smarter. 2+ years of experience in (financial) administration.
You work accurately and are familiar with common software packages such as Exact and MS Excel.
You enjoy helping and supporting others and always think one step ahead.
You are excellent at prioritizing and always have your affairs in order.
You are flexible, confident, and keep both feet firmly on the ground.

A gross monthly salary starting from €2,750.- on a full-time basis, plus holiday allowance and 25 vacation days.
