livewall is a creative digital agency at the intersection of tech, marketing and creativity. We don't build simple tools. We build next-gen experiences. We're building a new, cross-label social & content hub within United Playgrounds, combining the expertise of livewall, DNZ and Fitzroy. Our Social Strategy Lead drives the creative direction. You are the commercial counterpart: you make sure the hub grows, gets noticed, and wins.

Social isn't a channel. Social is culture. What works on a feed only works when it's honest, raw and relevant. We make social-first content people want to share, not content brands want to broadcast.

For 9292, we made TikTok content that put public transport back on the map. For Rituals, we created social content deployed globally to attract new employees. For Kruidvat, we made award-winning work to reach and bond with the next generation.

And we build the work social lives on top of. The Dumpert app, the Videoland loyalty platforms, the iconic gaming campaigns for Heineken, Lay's and McDonald's. The social hub is the natural next step: the work that lives in the feed, driven by the same mechanic-first thinking.

This is a pioneering role, so no day is the same. But your focus is clear:

  • Build the hub: You're co-owner of a new proposition. You help set direction, build the commercial foundation, and establish a rhythm we can sustain long term.

  • New business, no excuses: You get energy from opening doors at brands that understand social isn't something you do on the side. You know how to hold a conversation with a CMO or social lead, and when to show up with a concept rather than a deck.

  • Connector in the UP network: United Playgrounds has eight labels, each with its own network. You connect those worlds. You know which client sits at which label, where the overlap is, and how to answer a bigger question together than any single label could alone.

  • Creative partner: You don't pitch from a capabilities deck. You come with an idea, grounded in a sharp insight and a commercial story that holds up. You work hand in hand with our Social Strategy Lead and creatives to build pitches people want to win.

  • AI-first: You embrace the tools that make the work smarter, faster, and more scalable. For yourself, for the client, for the hub.

  • Social experience: You have agency experience in social content or creative strategy. You understand how brands like Albert Heijn, Picnic, Kruidvat and 9292 work on social, and why broadcast content dies there.

  • Entrepreneurial drive: You don't wait to be briefed. You see a gap, you jump in, you build. In a new hub, that's not a nice-to-have. That's the role.

  • Network and curiosity: You already have a client-side network, or you build one easily. You know what's going on at major brands on social, and you have a point of view on what isn't working.

  • Communication: You present with conviction, but listen more sharply than you talk. You know when to probe and when to make a call.

  • Experience: You're ready for your second or third step. A few years on the agency side minimum, ideally combining commerce and social.

  • A pioneering role with visible impact: You're not one of many. You help build a new proposition backed across the whole group.

  • Tandem with the Social Strategy Lead: You and the Social Strategy Lead drive this together. Strategy and commerce, side by side. No silos.

  • Based in Tilburg, often in Amsterdam: Your home base is our Tilburg office (right in the city centre, across from the station), where you spend most of your week. You're also regularly in Amsterdam, meeting clients and collaborating with the other UP labels. Offices in Rotterdam, The Hague and Zwolle are open to you too.

  • Award-winning work and global impact: Our social cases sit alongside global activations like the Heineken racing game (live in 40+ markets) and campaigns for the NBA, Sony Music and McDonald's. Our ambition is not small.
