Business Development Manager

Spot opportunities. Build momentum. Turn ideas into growth.

Do you want to be the driving force behind the digital experiences of brands like the NBA, Sony Music and Heineken? Can you speak both the language of a creative director and an AI developer? And do you have the ambition to open new doors at global brands?

Whether you're an emerging talent or bring the seniority to spar at board level: at livewall, you’ll help build the largest independent agency group in the Netherlands.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive the “AI-first” transformation for our clients. You operate at the intersection of business development, creative thinking and making fast impact with prospects. You don’t wait for inbound — you proactively approach the market with concrete concepts you’ve brought to life yourself (using our AI stack).

No day is the same, but your focus is clear:

  • Concept-driven outreach
You spot opportunities in the market and translate them into creative, tangible solutions. You don’t approach prospects with a generic pitch, but with a visual concept that hits the core of their challenge.

  • Partner
You lead conversations around business cases and growth challenges. You understand where value is being left on the table — and how smart technology can unlock it.

  • From pitch to impact
You’re responsible for winning new accounts and projects. You move fast: from first concept to a working solution in a matter of weeks.

  • AI-first mindset
You embrace new tech and use it to make our clients — and yourself — smarter.

You’re an entrepreneurial profile who understands that the way we build digital products has fundamentally changed. You’re a doer who combines commercial drive with creativity.

  • Entrepreneurial & positive mindset
You have experience in a commercial role within the digital space. You get energy from opening doors and building new relationships.

  • Strategic & creative
You quickly understand brands and business models, and translate that into strong concepts. You don’t sell hours — you sell solutions.

  • Tech-curious
You don’t need to be a developer, but you’re fascinated by new technology and AI. You know how to use these tools to work smarter and more visually.

  • Hands-on mentality
You thrive on speed. You enjoy working in an agile team with short lines and minimal time-to-market.

  • Experience
You’re ready for your second or third step in your career.

  • A strong home base
A team of 60 ambitious colleagues in the heart of Tilburg (right next to the station). Plus access to United Playgrounds offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Zwolle.

  • Award-winning, global impact
Our work doesn’t stop at borders. Into international campaigns and pitches? We support your ambition.

  • Growth
Plenty of room for personal and professional development within a fast-growing ecosystem.

  • Conditions
A salary that reflects your track record and ambition (starting at €3,500 and increasing based on experience), plus a pension plan via a.s.r. and 25 vacation days.

About us

Where creativity meets tech

We’re a hands-on team of of strategists, creatives, designers, and developers who like to keep thinking and making in the same place. The people shaping the idea are also the ones building it, from first thought to final detail.

We design for interaction

Because interaction creates connection

People tend to forget most marketing. But when they play, enter, or compete, they're choosing to invest in your brand. And that shifts how they see it: not as passive, but as involved. It becomes something they can interact and connect with. We design experiences that make that shift happen. Start with what people do, and then make it worth doing again. And again. And again.

This is where the fun begins.
