As AI Innovator you develop new AI concepts and translate them into tangible opportunities for clients. You move between innovation, strategy and commercial thinking, connecting emerging technology with real business needs.
This is not an engineering role. It is about thinking ahead, identifying the right use cases, and building compelling propositions that help our clients move forward. You work closely with designers, engineers and strategists to bring ideas to life.

Concept and innovation
Develop new AI concepts and use cases that solve real client challenges.
Track and translate AI trends into actionable propositions.
Build new service offerings around emerging AI capabilities.
Strategy and commercial
Advise clients on AI opportunities and help them see what is possible.
Contribute to pitches and proposals with sharp AI angles.
Collaboration
Work alongside designers and engineers to bring AI ideas from concept to reality.
What you bring
A strong commercial instinct and proven experience in strategy, innovation or consultancy.
A clear affinity with AI and technology, making it easy for you to spot new opportunities in the market.
Strong conceptual thinking. You can turn a vague idea into a concrete proposition.

You are confident presenting and persuading, whether it is a client pitch or an internal brainstorm.
