The challenge

Champion Petfoods wanted to turn brand education into play.

At international trade fairs, their products were on display, but the story behind Fresh and Raw nutrition required explanation. Visitors moved quickly and had limited time to engage.

The brand needed a way to make complex product information simple, clear and engaging within a busy exhibition environment. The activation had to attract attention, be easy to use and work across different markets and events.

The concept

Two games on one screen turn brand education into play.

A large interactive touchscreen forms the center of the booth and invites visitors to choose between two experiences. In Match and Learn, they swipe kibbles toward different cats and dogs based on specific nutritional needs. Their choices reveal which Fresh and Raw product is the right fit. In the Fresh and Raw Slicer Game, visitors slice flying ingredients such as meat, fish and vegetables while avoiding the wrong items. A daily Top Dog high score adds a competitive layer to the experience.

Both games are fully touch-driven, making the interaction natural and easy to start. The screen draws people in, while the gameplay connects them to the brand in a simple and direct way.

Results

The activation changes how the stand works. Visitors stop, play and spend time with the brand. Instead of only looking at products, they interact with them. The daily high score creates small moments of competition and draws attention around the screen.

Because visitors have already explored the products through play, conversations start more easily and feel more natural.

Champion Petfoods now has a reusable and scalable trade fair activation that can be deployed across different events, countries and brand setups.
